GREY REBEL

YOGA

The ultimate mind-body connection

Grey Rebel Yoga

Yoga at Grey Rebel weaves movement and relaxation into a single, steadying rhythm. This is where clarity returns: your mind softens, your breath deepens, your body becomes more stable and at ease. I teach in small groups and one on one—attentive, individualized, and far from any standard fitness routine. You’ll learn practices that support you not only on the mat, but in the everyday moments that matter.
I also offer small group yoga classes for people affected by cancer. My additional training in this field focuses on gentle, resource oriented practices that can help nurture resilience and support quality of life.

Meditation in Motion

Not only Yoga, but any movement can be described as meditation in motion. It’s that state of flow – a seeming contradiction:  You’re focused, your mind’s at ease, your breath flows, your movements are smooth and effortless…Is that kind of relaxed state only in your dreams?

Time to join me on the mat and work on that rediscovery of your mind-body-connection.

I offer small group classes (max. 4) for friends, couples, newbees and private yoga lessons.

My teaching style adapts to your needs, from gentle to vigorous, from old school to restorative, including breathwork, relaxation and meditation. My goal is to enable you to learn how to modify and personalize your practice.

That’s when meditation in motion starts its magic.

Yoga and Cancer

A cancer diagnosis is a severe blow of fate. Many patients feel overwhelmed by the numerous and intrusive therapies and comprehensive diagnostics. Various side effects occur, including feelings of almost endless exhaustion and fatigue. A large number of scientific studies have meanwhile documented the effectiveness of yoga as a complementary and supportive procedure in medical cancer therapy. The main aim is to alleviate the side effects of cancer therapies and to enable those affected to take action themselves and actively contribute as much as they can to their own recovery process.

Exercise and relaxation are two important resources that can significantly improve the quality of life of cancer patients - one advantage of yoga is that it combines exactly that.

I offer yoga for cancer patients and have been trained in yoga for cancer.
