About Grey Rebel

Yoga's been my steady companion since my first class back in the late 80ies in the Sivananda Center in London, Kinesiology was introduced to me in 1990 during my pregnancy by my dear friend Francesca Topolski (www.francescatopolski.com).

Before following my inner call, I took a bit of a detour: I finished MA degrees in economics, English linguistics, journalism, sociology and an executive MBA. I worked in various industries, was a company owner and entrepreneur until it hit me at the age of 50, that there was a different plan, once. And it was time to turn it into action.

In 2017 I started teaching Yoga and in September 2018 I began my studies to become a practitioner in Systematic Kinesiology in London and in April 2021 in Integrative Kinesiology in Zurich. 

 

I'm a mother of two wonderful daughters, grand-mother to two wonderful boys, wife to a really cool husband. I'm a scientist, entrepreneur, dog owner and nature lover. I draw a lot of strength and power for my many roles from my yoga practice and kinesiology - a most positive experience that I love passing on to other people.
