Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a complementary holistic therapy that deals with the movement of the body and the muscular response to stress.
Kinesiology combines the knowledge and methods of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine, neuroscience, education, psychology and other sciences.
It is a unique holistic approach to natural health care that uses simple muscle testing procedures to read the energetic bio feedback system from our bodies. These tests reveal where health issues stem from, where imbalances and energy drains are, and what particular stresses are affecting your body and your life. We are able to correct those imbalances using specialised lymphatic massage, acupressure, nutrition, electrical balancing and emotional stress release work.

As an Integrative and Systematic Kinesiologist I am happy to support you in increasing your physical, emotional and mental well-being if you wish to address issues/symptoms like:
Stress - exhaustion - headaches - learning difficulties - anxiety - fears & phobias - emotional or structural issues - fatigue - allergies - insomnia - public speaking & goal setting - improved performance in sports and many more.
In a treatment session we first look at your current situation (this may be a topic you bring along or an issue that is bothering you and you would like to address). Then we elaborate your new approach. Through various techniques including muscle testing, acupressure, energy work and others we balance your system and strengthen, anchor and embody your newly gained insights on all levels: physical, mental, chemical and energetical with a homeplay to take with you.
The initial appointment lasts 90 minutes.
I charge CHF 144.00 per hour, on-site payment; the receipt is sent to you after the treatment.
I am recognized by the EMR, are a member of Kinesuisse and work according to the 590 tariff. Please, check your insurance coverage.
